Please email our customer service team within 14 days of receipt, providing your order number and the reason for your return request.
Document Condition
If your gin arrived damaged, please include clear photographs of the breakage and the original packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
Secure Packaging
Ensure bottles are unopened and in their original packaging; use adequate padding to prevent damage during the return transit to our Cornish distillery.
Refund Processing
Once our team receives and inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
